At Ohne Project, we stand by the quality of our garments and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and intimate apparel are final sale to maintain our commitment to hygiene and exclusivity.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective bags are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
